St Laurence Australia is responsible for the overall management of the Australian property investment assets. These responsibilities include developing the property assets owned by the St Laurence group, and also assessing sale and purchase opportunities.
The Australian based portfolio includes two residential land subdivisions owned by a subsidiary of NZDX listed St Laurence Property & Finance Limited (SLPF).

Forest Ridge Estate, Maitland NSW
Forest Ridge is a quality residential estate located at Bolwarra Heights, approximately 40 kilometres north west of Newcastle, the third largest city in New South Wales. With sweeping views over the Hunter River Valley, the 25 hectare estate will provide 154 homesites averaging 1,000 square metres in size. The project is anticipated to have an end value of approximately $30 million.

Willyama, Bowral NSW
Willyama is a boutique residential estate located in the heart of Old Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands, approximately 115 kilometres south west of Sydney CBD. This small residential enclave comprising just 11 home sites averaging 4,000 sqm is nestled between two golf courses and is surrounded by some of the Southern Highlands best gardens. The project is anticipated to have an end value of approximately $6 million.
